Given there are rating options when I choose one from the dropdown, the list of movies will show with the selected rating or lower.

TMDB did not have a content rating (rated R, etc.) available for movies. So we are switching to a popularity dropdown. We switched to using popularity values, using the popularity within TMDB's API to determine what's popular
