• Make requirements.md describe exactly what the game of Frogger is supposed to do
• use terminology from the code to describe game behavior
• Make the minimum viable product more fleshed out/descriptive.

• Make the wireframe more descriptive

• remove notes.md
• Resolve variable names for magic numbers, end of game variables, and function names and update the descriptions in requirements.md

I've added a lot to the documentation so it is more fleshed out. After I get a little bit more terminology I will do a pull request.
