Views - Handlebars

views will consist of handlebars templates. pages are needed for:

• welcome page where users can select their avatar/username
• play page where the game gets played.
• score screen showing how the game went

Using handlebars as the templating engine.

HTML for the templates will be taken care of in issue #4.
