gui not opening #2

i installed the plugin, but no matter how many times i click on the plugin in gimp, it won't start. i've restarted gimp, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, but nothing works. i can click on the button, but it doesn't open the gui. help??

That is a very old project, very few people use it, not even myself. I can offer minimal help.

What version of GIMP? What OS? If you start GIMP from a command line, are any error messages printed?

it starts for me (2.10.30 flatpak) but i never used it and i have it since 2015 :D It throws some errors in console however
