i18n patches and Russian translation #3

Hi,

I fixed i18n in the Resynthesizer plug-in, added mnemonics to OK/Cancel buttons (they should be implemented differently, however, anyway) and added Russian translation.

I have questions about github. For example, I tried to upload a version 2.0 (which is threaded), but apparently I only uploaded the tag for it. Would you be willing to answer questions and offer advice?
