Fixes #60, with @Aster-the-Med-Stu's archive.org link, the pixlsus static mirror, and the gimp-osx sourcefourge page.

Thanks. I am considering moving the links to a web page in Github, if that keeps the main repository from needing update every time a link changes.

Yeah… the repository should probably have its own web page hosted by github pages. Stable links are good.

For storing built binaries, GitHub has a "releases"(very pretty git tags) feature for that: https://help.github.com/en/articles/about-releases.

-- By the way, it might be a good idea to include some sort of build scripts for Windows. I know it's gonna be complicated with all the pkg-config/defs downloading, but uh…
