I installed Resynthesizer v1.0 from the link in the README in the GIMP plug-in folder, but when GIMP starts, I'm presented with two errors:

[Resynthesizer.exe - system error] The code execution cannot proceed because intl.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
- [Resynthesizer-gui.exe - Application error] The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000076).

In the "Filters > Enhance" menu I don't see any Resynthesizer tools. (I have a 64-bit processor.)

Totally agree though i have 4-5 errors when running both of the .exe's

You need to download the resynthesizer plugin from https://github.com/pixlsus/registry.gimp.org_static and replace the files on %AppData%/Roaming/GIMP/2.10/plug-ins
