Full update from Bootstrap 3.3 #68

Theoretically, Bootflat is based on Bootstrap 3.3, however, this is not true, just check the Bootstrap.min.js file, and latest fixes for css styles, and you'll see that it has not been fully updated to Bootstrap 3.3, I think the README file (and website) should say "based on Bootstrap 3.2.0 CSS framework" until it will be updated to v. 3.3.0.
