`ms_id` -> `st_id` #2

Why was this replacement necessary? How did you find that st_id was the right variable to use?

Cookbook:

  1. Notice that ms_id is not available.
  2. Consult authors' data/Readme.pdf to see variables names and descriptions.
  3. Consult paper to see what the exhibit should be.
  4. Conclude that since st_id is a more granular level of aggregation, merging on it does not lose information relative to merging on ms_id.
