TODO rename the produced_audio_assets_updated field to instead say something like 
all_segments_produced or something 

the field is to capture the last time any of the subordinate segments were updated (and thus their audio normalized or ‘produced’) 

we need to RE-produce the whole podcast’s audio each time any of the child segments has been updated, but ONLY if. this field allows us to know when the last time a child segment was updated so we can avoid re-creating it before publishing the podcast to podbean or whatever. re
