anything with audio should be transcribable, which in turn means they can be turned into blogs #7

it should be possible therefore to have a button to 'produce' a new blog from the transcript and then use AI tools to work on the transcript and turn it into a blog.

right now it's passively assuming things are transcribable by default and its attempting to transcript everything at the same time as it 'produces' the audio/images. it would be nice if it was not transcribable by dfefault, but this requires us to add a checkbox to the Ui to allow people to opt-in to transcription. why? because some things , like theme songs, don't need to be transcribed. just dialog heavy segments.
