On DK1, validate functionality of the built-in audio codec (jack) and integrate alsa-lib/alsa-utils in the demo image ?

On DK2, validate both the built-in audio codec (jack) and the HDMI audio output. Also integrate alsa-lib/alsa-utils in the demo image.

Document how to use audio.
