build.sh: add testing for powerpc64 e5500 #10

This has been tested against buildroot bf4fc26f1ae8b516c4d1c4701625c3598af574e4 plus cherry-pick ce91cbdad351cd1ca9d5b997a27ebdc256aca58f and my quotes fix in patchwork (http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/894421/)

I did setup a debian stretch debootstrap to build this. I'll clean up that change and a manual build (non-CI) option to build.sh in another pull.
