Include espeak-ng shared library in package #176

Can you include espeak-ng shared library in the package so users won't need to install it separately? We can build it on Windows/Linux/macOS, add it as data to the package and finally load it if it exists.

well the idea is to make espeak-ng a conda package. I've no time for that actually but contributions are very welcome. Closing theissue because related to #143.
