Incorrect link to the playground in the home page #100

The main web page:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/bootprint-openapi

contains a wrong link to bootprint-openapi playground. The link is

http://bootprint.knappmeier.de/

But the right one (I believe) should be

https://bootprint.knappi.org/
