Prepare for 1.0 release #83

Use "trace-and-clarify-if-possible" to run tests
Update travis configuration
Update "format"-scripts for new version of StandardJS
- Use "standard" and "thoughtful precommit" as "pre push"-hook (for protected master-branch)
- Use m-io/fs instead of q-io/fs (see https://github.com/nknapp/m-io#m-io for details)
Bump bootprint-dependencies to current versions
User deep-aplus instead of q-deep
Apply current StandardJS code style

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling 9731d90641b20ddf92ef7037f65118eae757e174 on prepare-1.0 into e105350545ca5b545fec8b7dd40797503d926dc2 on master.
