Export book as PDF

I would like folks to be able to dump the textbook as a PDF, probably using https://github.com/abemedia/jekyll-pdf

This is still pretty rough looking quality, but I have the images and code blocks all appearing in a generated PDF!

• [ ] The table of contents isn't linked
• [ ] Font is too big; I just loaded the regular style sheet, so this is just a matter of tuning a new appropriate sheet
• [ ] The alert boxes and stuff aren't coming through because they're done with tags (need to look if remarkable-classy can solve this)
• [ ] I'd like to make it so that code gets pre-executed and the output dumped below the codeblock
