The Welcome Chapter currently heavily refers to CISC181, and is essentially our syllabus (I think it might actually just be the syllabus for now). These details will vary heavily depending on the course offering, and we should work to generalize that text.
At least one important part of this is to add in an "Audience" section that clearly describes who this book is for (CS2 students), and steer others to appropriate alternatives (e.g., novices should go to Bakery, more experts might prefer the Tome or some more advanced TypeScript materials).
