Upgrade to the latest x-editable 1.4.6 #16

I just started to using your awesome gem. But I found x-editable is of 1.4.6 while ours is of 1.4.3...

(I forked this project and am not sure if only replacing the .css and .js files would be sufficient for this upgrade.)

latest version is 1.5.1 at the moment, a little bit outdated here, @tkawa is this project still under maintenance? would be love to contribute if you want but I see there're still pull requests and issues open without response.
