Inside ext_emconf.php configuration item '_md5_values_when_last_written' needs to be updated as it contains old entry:

Resources/Private/Templates/Content/HeroUnit.html

but for bootstrap 3 (development branch) Jumbotron.html template file is used.

Happens only on TER upload and happens automatically; don't bother with manual updates ;)
