max_temp extruder to 265 #8

Changing max_temp to 265 for the extruder. When printing a temp tower for PETG the extruder goes to 260-262 when warming up, and the Klippler shuts down. Changing max_temp to 265 fixed my problem.

Be careful with the PTFE do not heat more 240

PTFE should be safe up to 260c. But yes, I do agree to not get to that temp, only reason I did was to print a temp tower for my PETG.
