Add Z5000, ZVERB, and ECHOZ #60

This commit adds docs for the Z5000, ZVERB, and ECHOZ from Tip Top Audio.

I have received permission from Gur at Tip Top to make use of the algorithm descriptions from the manual. I can forward the emails for this if required.

Could you forward the emails to tom (at) burns (dot) ca? Then I can add their name to the list of approved manufacturers.
