Sometimes it'll be updating an existing page to add more parameters or change parameter ranges, sometimes it'll be adding a new page when a new algorithm has been added. Some functionality of the disting is not covered by the cheat sheet (like general MIDI configuration) so those items can be ignored.

The disting mk4 cheat sheet currently covers v4.16.
The way I usually complete this task is to work through the changelog listed here, with the official PDF manual open https://www.expert-sleepers.co.uk/distingfirmwareupdates.html for firmware versions 4.17 and then 4.18, one item at a time.
