The problem is the plotting function.
Do you want to compute the spatial weighted statistics shown to the right of the plots?
If no, you can just use this argument show_stats=False
.
plot.projected_map(da_t2m_regrid, cmap="YlOrRd", show_stats=False)
If yes, you need to rechunk or load into memory the dataarray because dask does not allow to compute quantiles along chunked dimension. For example, you just have to do this:
da_t2m_regrid = diagnostics.regrid(
da_t2m, grid_out=da_albedo_subset_p, method="nearest_s2d"
).compute()
plot.projected_map(da_t2m_regrid, cmap="YlOrRd")
Hi @akankshabalha,
Did the fix work? Can I close this issue?
Notebook description
The attached code ran successfully two months ago. But now, in 'Step: Plot 2m temperature maps', it does generate the output of Time-weighted raster plot of original and re-gridded 2m temperature (t2m) dataset but with a ValueError. In the next step 'Download and transform (spatial-weighted) t2m data', it again gives error. I am not sure if the error is due to regridding or something else. Albedo_Rev_27Nov (1).zip
