No longer working in chrome #75

I've been using it fine for years.  Then with the latest chrome update it 
stopped working.  I turn rikaikun on and nothing happens, despite it saying 
it's on.  I miss my rikaikun :(

Can you try restarting or something?  I've not seen this problem.  I keep my 
chrome on the dev build (19.0.1084.15 dev-m) and haven't seen this in my chrome.

Please give more info like OS and chrome version.
