It was the import script for hitchwiki's old map data, we can ditch it. Same goes for add-descriptions.py

while at it I d appreciate a clean directory structure over dumping all files in root. maybe like https://flask.palletsprojects.com/en/2.3.x/tutorial/layout/

Once we add user accounts we probably have to switch to something like django anyway
