Please confirm if the template is free, In this link : https://wrapbootstrap.com/theme/ace-responsive-admin-template-WB0B30DGR. shows the licence is retired. But I want to get the license. Please confirms if is it free? and if we can use the template. Please help us with the information

I can't confirm that it is free to use. It is just copy of demo-theme with minified js/css files. As was mentioned in readme.md, i am not a developer of this theme. I also can't find information about license anymore.

I Google for "ACE admin Bootstrap" and found that this template is at these websites.

From the link on wrapbbostrap.com I go to the author's Twitter here and found that this template is now retired here. And no one can confirm is it free or about its license.
