Resolve issue #34

For me this PR is OK. I don't undertstand why there is check fail in PHP 7. It's OK with all others PHP versions.

Thank you for PR! I will check your PR later, may be tomorrow. Tests now is ok, for php7 already fixed in master in https://github.com/bopoda/robots-txt-parser/pull/37
