add supported php 8 #65

Hi @tacman This PR does not give a profit, since Travis is no longer free for open-source projects. Builds does not run on Travis any more. This library supports php8 according to composer.json restriction is "php": ">=5.4.0". I merged it for now, as we should support the latest PHP versions on CI level. I think we have to migrate to GitHub Actions.
