[ENHANCEMENT] Finalize Menu Layout #12

With the addition of a Video Feed and new Stats pages, I need to finalize the menu layout and make the change.

Finalized Menus. The groundwork is there to be able to change it up easily. May add "Standings" next to Home once the season begins.
