Can this script be compatible and runned in windows system? if can do it, how to install it?

At the moment it's neither compatible nor we have plans to support Windows, but see https://gist.github.com/MichaelPote/92fa6e65eacf26219022

Though I am open to PRs if anyone would like to add support for Windows. =)
