Support screensavers #46

Support setting backgrounds of screensavers.

Considering that even setting the background for different desktop environments was painful (and there are still some problems), this will make himawaripy much more complicated.

I'm closing this issue now, but if you (or someone else) can come up with a simple (not so complicated let's say) solution, I'd love to merge. :)
