Add instructions for building standalone static Linux binaries #147

Static binaries for magneticow and magneticod make deploying magnetico really easy, regardless of the tools present on the target systems.

Hey @tcheneau! As I'm currently working on the Go port, this soon will be obsolete. Would you mind adding instructions for the next version again? Thanks!

Sure, will do. It'll be much easier to produce static binaries from Go.

I'm looking forward to try out the new version.

Closing as we now switched to Go and offer a Makefile too. =)
