Adding a terms (list of tags) #6

I've created a terms.html to have a list of all my tags, ranged alphabetically with grouping by first letter.

My inspiration comes from this repo

Here's the result into my website : image

You are free to change the style's parameters for the default theme configuration if you're interested with this PR

Thank you @pokemaster974 This feature was needed, I'm gonna merge but I need to make some updates, current code doesn't use some features like hidden-menu (if menu has the page, page title is not shown, else, it's shown.)

I made some changes on Tags page. I think no need to show Letters. Please open an issue if you think it could be better to support Letters.
