Motivation

This PR resolves #20.

Explanation

This PR introduces the following change to the switchboard.borchero.com/ignore annotation:

A value of true OR all now ignores all integrations
Specifying the names of specific annotations allows to ignore particular integrations
- A list of names is possible (e.g. cert-manager,external-dns)

Changes

Add a new method MatchesIntegration to switchboard.Selector
Call this method in the reconciliation loop of controllers.IngressRouteReconciler
