We would like to change for how long the service will be looking for car display, so we need to add a preference under advanced options to change it (by default 2 mins like now).
Also consider to export WifiReceiver, so advanced users can use FORCE_CONNECT intent and add a new one to START_SERVICE. this is not possible because of this.
