Some incompatibility with Evernote Version 6.11 (454874 Direct) #176

I have just upgraded Evernote to Version 6.11 (454874 Direct). There seem to be some formatting and incompatibility issues between Sublimetext-Evernote and Evernote 6.11.

The Markdown text formatting when opening an Evernote note is lost (e.g. bold type is lost). It is appearing correctly in Evernote but not in the sublime text markdown window.

The formatting of lists from Sublimetext Markdown to Evernote is also somehow weird in Evernote (line break before the list but not after in Evernote, which is weird).

There might be other formatting issues (I didn't test all possibilities yet).

To make things clear. I am using Evernote on a Mac (Sierra).

Might be related to #177 and #174 since both concern Evernote for Mac 6.11.
