On large screens, the sidebar has a width equal to the language selection bar. This looks good and works fine.
On small screens, the sidebar is moved down, and has no connection to the language selection bar, this is also fine.
But for the intermediate screen size, the sidebar is noticeably narrower than the language selection bar. This makes it look less pleasant, and it also makes the sidebar very narrow before reaching the phone screen width.
