No link to table of contents after mark command section #20

Team's Response

This is a purely cosmetic issue that does not affect the usage of the document. The links are provided for convenience and do not work if you print the document out anyway. Hence we have downgraded the severity to VeryLow.

Furthermore, the links to return to the table of contents only appear every subsection of the Features section (e.g. Features for General Utility, Features for Managing Persons, etc.); they do not appear after each command, as we feel that would add more clutter to the document than necessary. Therefore, we do not believe this is a bug at all.
