Add Shot Glass Items

• Add items and textures for Shot Glass [Empty], Shot Glass [Silver Tequila], and Shot Glass [Gold Tequila].

1. Add a shaped crafting recipe where X = Glass Block & O = blank slot to produce 3 Shot Glass [Empty]:

   OOO
   XOX
   OXO

2. Add an unshaped crafting recipe with Shot Glass [Empty] and Silver Tequila Fifth that adds 1/25 damage to Silver Tequila Fifth and 1 Shot Glass [Silver Tequila]. IF damage of item will = 25/25 after applying damage, return a Glass Fifth Bottle [Empty] instead of a damaged Silver Tequila Fifth item.
3. Add an unshaped crafting recipe with Shot Glass [Empty] and Gold Tequila Fifth that adds 1/25 damage to Gold Tequila Fifth and 1 Shot Glass [Gold Tequila]. IF damage of item will = 25/25 after applying damage, return a Glass Fifth Bottle [Empty] instead of a damaged Gold Tequila Fifth item.

Recipes for 2 and 3 have changed because of issue #15
