The BAC algorithm must interface with and update a HUD bar above the Hunger Bar.

This Blood Alcohol Content bar should start with 10 empty shot glasses
For every one SAU the player consumes, or SAU wears off over time, we must be able to update the HUD bar accordingly.
This entire system must be accessible via the mod's API to other mods that wish to use/interface with it.

We need the following to implement the HUD bar:

Exported texture sprites.
Precise location of the HUD bar on the screen.

Use the following window template to scale and position the sprites to your liking, then provide the UV coordinates. Note that UV coordinates mark the top left corner of the HUD element.
