Ask the user where to save the Gist #4

Currently, the service saves Gists in its Caches folder. Should it run a Save panel instead? Discuss.

The big advantage of the current approach is that running a Save panel would break the user's flow, where just saving it in Caches and opening it from there does not.

The big disadvantage is that Gists will tend to pile up in Caches, since there's nothing to clean them up.

I'm inclined to keep the current behavior and close as wontfix.
