Unexpected Web App Error #14

Hi,

I am using the MiMoSA2 web application to understand microbiome-metabolome association with a mixed microbial dataset. I am using Amplicon Sequence variants (ASVs) for the metagenomics data and KEGG ID metabolomics data as the input data files. I have provided the files here. However, I am getting an error:Error: non-numeric argument to binary operator - y mean(y, na.rm = T). I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Is there anyone that can help me solve this issue? KEGG_SL_metabolomics_WS_clean_version.txt SL_microbiome_WS_clean_version c.txt

Hi, I am guessing that the use of commas in your metabolomics data file is the source of the issue. I think if you re-save that file using a period to specify the decimal point, you should be good.

Hi Cecilia,

Thanks for the suggestion. That indeed worked in resolving the issue.
