The following OTU_IDs are in the OTU table but are not present in the PICRUSt 16S normalization table #11

Hello, I want to use burrito, but I get "The following OTU_IDs are in the OTU table but are not present in the PICRUSt 16S normalization table" even with a minimum OTU table alone. image

the file was build by QIIME2: import, dada2, and OTU clustering with image and exported to biome and converted to text.

I uploaded the following file to Taxonomic abundances , and didn't change the rest:

gg_nb_otu_table_4burrito.txt

can you please help me? Thank you, Efrat

I used Qiime2 de-novo instead of closed reference with Greengenes
