Question about the uploaded sampled numbers in YACHIDA_CRC_2019 #8

Hi thanks for your great work for curating various microbiome-metabolome data.

One thing I was curious was that in YACHIDA_CRC_2019 dataset you uploaded, there seems to be only 347 samples used. However, in the original paper, total of 406 metabolite samples were reported. Is there a reason why only 347 samples used? If so, why would it be?
