Change upload credentials so files go to largedata rather than Phenocam/E #6

E drive keeps getting full and this shuts down upload from a some TERN cameras and other systems that aren't supposed to ever go offline. If we are using sftp we can upload direct to LargeData. Stop by or give me a call and I can provide you with the credentials
