Debian package #2

Please package this software as a debian package that is easily installed. If you don't have experience with this, I can do it.

Failing this, can we at least get it as a pypi package. But Debian is preferable.

Yep, and it's assigned to me on GH. I'll hopefully do this in the next week or so, and host at my personal site (which has/had a debian pkg system installed).

Using arch. Should do the AUR
