Integrate the shield from Nico #70

Can you have a look at the email and documentation from Nico and figure out what we need to do to get their control and power cycling code working with our system?

First step will be to see how big a deal it is. I can imaging their enforced power down cycling might break stuff on our side so can you get a feel for how work this will require to integrate and then get back to me ASAP? If it doesn't look like it will be that hard, we should implement it right away, otherwise, we'll need to give them a time estimate on how long it will take.

It will break everything we we arent going to do that.

We can probably get it done fairly easily but I need a device before I can say for sure.
