pipeline - Need full run #124

Hi Joel, some todo...

  1. 38GC05L seems to stop at july10. can you figure out why?
  2. and maybe check through the rest of the chambers to make sure there are no major dropouts like this
  3. Run the full pipeline asap after the GC05L issue is fixed.
  4. Pipeline run location: Ideally it would be run on the new linux server that replaced N1 and the output is written to the largedata (or maybe it already works this way?)
    • Once the pipeline is run successfully I'll move those files to replace the ones in the main BVZ0036 folder
    • Then we'll want to look into getting the resizer working correctly.

I ran the full pipeline yesterday but forgot to inform you guys. Sorry about that....The results are in a_data/TimeStreams/Borevitz/BVZTESTS/TEST1.

1,2,3: I see this (missing images for 05L) in the new run as well. I previously thought it was an orientation issue but I have made sure that that is not the case. I have followed the bug to the color card detection component. Its not detecting the color card even though the coordinates are correct and the image is getting read correctly. I'm opening a new bug for this and assigning it to Chuong as he is the one with more knowledge on the color card detection.

  1. I don't know about the new Linux server. What is its URL? do I have a user there? How do I access it? Which server are you referring to? https://github.com/borevitzlab/timestreamlib/issues/125

Since the full run was made, I'm closing this bug.

Percy is the linux server that has replaced North1, I'm quite sure Kevin has given you access (at least he said he did). you should set it up as the test server (as we had for north1) rather than using the windows phenocam server because it should run everything much faster.

aha. Yes.. I have access to percy. There is where I do all my runs :)
