So we need to firm up who owns copyright to what.

Joel, Tim and I all worked on this (at least in terms of IP) before ANU was paying us, so we all personally own copyright.

Copyright of all things since lies with ANU. AFAIK, Chuong never worked on this while not being employed by ANU, so the above isn't true for him.

Please check if your rights are accurately described.

Looks good. From my point of view, everything will be fine if it continues being GPL
